Transparent & Fair1. Service Delivery Policy (Instant Kiosk Print Output)
- No Physical Courier Shipping Required: Scan4Print is an on-premise self-service cloud printing platform. Customers receive their physical paper printouts immediately at the selected Cyber Cafe / Xerox Shop counter.
- Delivery Turnaround Time: As soon as your online UPI/Card payment is verified, our cloud server dispatches the print job to the shop's printer within 5 to 15 seconds.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Payment: You may modify your files, change print settings, or cancel your session at any time before completing payment at zero cost.
- After Payment: Because print jobs are sent automatically to the physical printer within seconds of payment confirmation, an order cannot be cancelled once its status changes to
PrintingorPrinted.
3. Eligibility for 100% Refund
A customer is eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Payment Debited but Order Failed: Money was deducted from your UPI/Bank account, but due to a network timeout the order remained unpaid or was not queued.
- Printer Failure / Shop Offline: The selected shop's printer experienced a hardware fault, paper jam, or power outage and the printout could not be provided at the counter.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same print order.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- If the customer uploaded an incorrect file, blurry image, or wrong page range and the printer has already printed the pages as configured by the customer.
- If the customer fails to collect the printed pages from the shop counter after successful printing.
5. Refund Processing Timeline & Mode
- How to Request a Refund: Contact the shop counter operator immediately OR message/call our support helpline at +91 6200687014 / email support@scan4print.in with your Order Number or UPI Transaction ID (UTR).
- Approval Time: Refund requests are verified and initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit to Source Account: Once initiated, the refund amount is credited back to the customer's original payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking and RBI guidelines.
