Welcome to Scan4Print (https://scan4print.in and https://dashboard.scan4print.in), operated by Satish Kumar, having its registered office at Ahiyapur, Post Ahiyapur, PS Konch, Dist. Gaya, Bihar – 824207, India. By accessing our website, scanning a Scan4Print shop QR code, uploading documents, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Platform & Services
Scan4Print provides an automated self-service cloud printing kiosk and SaaS management system for Cyber Cafes, Xerox Centers, and customers. Customers can upload PDF/JPG/PNG documents from their mobile or desktop browser, select print configurations (Black & White/Color, Single/Double side, page range, copies), complete online payment in Indian Rupees (INR), and receive instant physical printouts at the designated partner shop counter.
2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- You confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized holder of any document, photo, or ID card uploaded by you for printing.
- You must not upload forged, counterfeit, tampered, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful documents prohibited under Indian law.
- You are responsible for verifying the selected shop name/code (e.g.,
S4P00001), print preview, color mode, page range, and number of copies before confirming payment.
3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
- All prices are displayed transparently in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) on the print options screen prior to checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways (UPI, QR, Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking) or authorized shop counter cash collection.
- Upon successful payment verification, the print job is queued immediately for automated output at the selected shop printer.
4. Franchise / Shop Partner Obligations
Registered Cyber Cafe and Xerox Shop partners using the Scan4Print Windows Agent must maintain sufficient paper, toner/ink, and printer availability during operating hours and assist walk-in customers promptly in case of hardware paper jams.
5. Limitation of Liability
Scan4Print's maximum liability for any failed or unprinted order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for that specific print order. Scan4Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user-uploaded document formatting errors.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Scan4Print shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
